1. CANCELLATIONS
1-1 Cancellation Before Shipping
Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a refund, minus an administrative fee to cover non-refundable payment processing charges and any applicable credit card or bank processing fees.
1-2 Cancellation After Shipping
Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted. Any returns must follow our Return Policy.
2. RETURNS
2-1 Unopened Items
You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a refund, less an administrative charge, non-refundable payment processing charges, any applicable credit card or bank processing fees and shipping costs. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
2-2 Opened Items
Opened items may be returned within 15 days from delivery for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee based on the original price and deduct an administrative charge, non-refundable payment processing charges, any applicable credit card or bank processing fees and shipping costs. All returned products are inspected upon receipt. You may be responsible for any damage or missing parts. To avoid damage, please pack items securely before returning. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2-3 Open-Box, Sale, Demo, and Show Model Items
Items sold as open-box, “as-is,” clearance, demo, or show models are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2-4 Return Process
To initiate a return, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided with your shipment. Report any physical or cosmetic defects within 72 hours of delivery; otherwise, responsibility shifts to the buyer.
3. REFUNDS
3-1 Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after confirming an eligible cancellation. Some delays may occur if a technical evaluation is required.
3-2 Refund Exceptions
Non-returnable and non-refundable items include sale items (including those purchased with promo codes), open-box products, and discounted demo/show models sold “as-is.”
4. Chargeback & Fraud Policy
We encourage you to contact us directly if you have any issues before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us violates our terms.
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and pursue legal action when necessary. Customers who misuse chargebacks may be banned from future purchases and reported to authorities.
If a chargeback is filed after the item has been delivered, we may withhold the refund until the product is returned. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Additional Fees and Conditions: A 25% restocking fee applies if the item has been removed from its original packaging.
5. Pricing Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or inaccurate pricing information provided by our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. Please note that prices displayed in advertisements, including magazine ads or videos, were accurate at the time of publication but may no longer be valid. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel such orders, regardless of order confirmation or whether your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and the order is canceled, we will promptly issue a refund for the amount charged at the incorrect price.

If an order is lost during shipping, refunds will be processed within 7 days following a thorough investigation.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for incorrect item selections, wrong sizes ordered, or lost/delayed shipments caused by the carrier. If an item is lost in transit, we will issue a refund within 7 days after completing our investigation.
